Three ingredient pancakes
This is a must-try recipe. I have to say, I was pretty skeptical of Lexi Herod's three ingredient pancakes, but they went above and beyond the expectations I had.
They took me ten minutes to make! All you need is two eggs, a banana, and a scoop of protein powder. This recipe creates 3- 4 pancakes depending on the size you like.
The best part is, you can top it with whatever you'd like. Maple syrup, peanut putter, yogurt, fruit, chocolate, you name it! And if you don't feel like adding toppings, you can play around with the flavor of protein powder you use. I tried using the Vega Sport peanut butter protein powder last time I made them and WOW.
